Instructions:

Press at 320 F for 10 seconds with medium pressure using a clamshell press (no home iron)

Rub with an old T-shirt for 5-10

Remove film starting at one corner. If it doesn’t release immediately, wait a couple more seconds

Cover with an old T-shirt

Press again at 320 F for 5 seconds with medium pressure

Washing instructions

Wash inside out in cold water

No fabric softener

Dry on low or hang dry
